Tanya and Ilyich are lovers who work together in Russian swindling gold and coffee from their unsuspecting victims. The duo are captured by Russian soldiers and eventually handed over to Japanese officer Sadoko. Sadako then recruits Ilyich and Tanya into operation "Gabi". The goal is to assassinate Korea's Emperor Gojong. The penalty for their failure is death. Meanwhile, King Gojong hides out on the premises of a Russian legation after his wife is killed by Japanese assassins. King Gojong works on staging the future Korean Empire.

Hwang Jae-Sung wants to receive the award as he wants a promotion and did not graduate from the police university. Jung Wei-Chan also badly wants to win the award for the prize money involved - his girlfriend is pregnant. For this award the two rivals compete even more fiercely. A serial rapist case then occurs causing both stations to work together. The outcome hangs in the air.

Fighter in the Wind (also known as "Baramui Fighter" or "Paramui Paita" in Korea) is a 2004 South Korean film. It is based on the Japanese comic book Karate Baka Ichidai which is a fictionalised account of karate competitor Choi Yeung-Eui who went to Japan after World War II to become a fighter pilot but found a very different path instead. He changed his name to Masutatsu Oyama (大山倍達) and went across the country, defeating martial artists one after another. This film concentrates on the period when he is still young, and developing his famous karate style, Kyokushin.
